We provide two levels of clinical training support depending on client's needs:

BASIC CLINICAL TRAINING SUPPORT (included with installation)
  • Assistance and recommendations in Safe Patient Handling program implementation and documentation
  • Onsite Clinical training to super-users by certified field trainers
  • Video Training Modules for most tools
 

EXPANDED CLINICAL TRAINING SUPPORT(additional cost):
  • Longterm training packages customized to client needs
  • Customized Quick Reference Guides based on facility specific clinical protocols
  • Customized Video Training Modules following facility specific clinical protocols
  • Interface with facility online training systems to develop online modules and/or yearly recertifications

Included with installation , we provide essential training for basic troubleshooting of installed equipment:

  • Bench tech training and consignment part kits available to facilities staff at no additional charge.
  • Equipment manuals are available online in our Tech Support section.

We provide assistance to environmental services in terms of:

  • In house supply strategies for sling inventory management
  • Infection control protocols
