As part of our ongoing partnership with our clients, we participate in all stages of implementation for Safe Patient Handling Programs (SPH) to ensure their long term success. Our participation begins with initial consultation and continues well beyond the final installation, for as long as support is needed.

Our services comprise five main areas:

DESIGN:  Before presenting a proposal, we hold initial meetings with members of the Safe Patient Handling Committee to strategize site-specific injury reduction programs, conduct equipment and sling kit trials, conduct site surveys for retrofits and interface with architects on new construction as needed.

INSTALLATION: Our certified and state licensed crews are available to complete installations or provide support to third party installation crews when contracted. In addition, we can provide project coordination services per client needs.

TRAINING: Once installation is complete, we provide onsite training to clinical staff, including quick reference guides and video. We also provide basic bench tech training to biomedical staff to perform maintenance and basic repair for installed equipment. We also provide guidance to environmental services in terms of sling laundering protocols and infection control.

MAINTENANCE: We are available 7 days a week for repairs and we guarantee parts availability within 48 hours of reporting a problem. We are available to contract for yearly preventative maintenance programs on ceiling and floor hoists as part of the manufacturers' warranty requirements.
