We guarantee parts delivery within 48 hours of equipment failure. All parts (except batteries) have a five year warranty.

We can also negotiate extended support services such as annual preventive maintenance and full service coverage including parts and labor.

We are available seven days a week to provide onsite repair services. We provide equipment loaners when equipment needs to be sent offsite.

All manufacturers currently require an annual re-certification of installed ceiling lift systems in order to maintain warranty. The annual re-certification entails:

Checking the functionality and safety of electrical connections, hoist motor, strap and hanger bars.
