Our company is licensed and bonded as a contractor in the States of Washington, Oregon and Idaho. We have fully certified personnel and state-of-the art tools to perform ceiling lift installations both in new construction and retrofits.
We provide several levels of support to our clients in terms of our involvement in the ceiling lift installation process:
- Full installation in new construction including all above the ceiling anchors as outlined by the structural engineer of record.

- Full Installation in a retrofit situation including infection control setup and barriers.

- Partial installation in conjuction with either facilities at the institution or third party contractor(s) *assigned to new construction or retrofits.

- Structural engineering assistance and stamped structural drawings when installation is performed in its entirety by facilities or a third party contractor.* We can also provide CAD assistance to architects and shop drawings to contractors as needed.
*Third party contractors are required to be certified in Guldmann systems |
The level of project coordination support will depend on the degree of our involvement in the installation process. Basic Project Coordination is included with purchase of hardware.

EXPANDED Project Coordination includes:

- A project-specific web-based message board (Basecamp)to exchange project documentation and status reports among project team members. The basic documents posted in the message board include:
- Project contacts at the facility
- Project Narrative
- General Room Layout with list of required materials, from ceiling down
- General location of outlet for charging, with field coordination from installer

- Coordinating installation schedule with facilites and clinical management
|
- Filing Requests for Information (RFI) when question impacts approved layout
|
- Facilitating approval from local jurisdiction authorities for electric wiring
